Hey Everyone!
The big day is tomorrow! The contingent from the Bay Area California has been in town for a couple of days now and they're ready!! Here are a few updates and notifications for tomorrow.
1. Battles will start at 4pm. Please show up on time and if you signed up online (top32 or waiting list) check in with me (Chinese girl with short hair, red highlights). If you are not on time, there are plenty of people in the backup list waiting to take your spot.
2. For everyone battling in the 18yrs old and under please bring ID so we can verify your age
3. NY1 (news television station) will be there when the doors open at 3pm take footage and do interviews. If you want to be a part of this, again, show up on time. NY Daily News will also be there taking pictures.
4. As you may or may not know, this event is also a fundraiser/awareness event for the Queens Community House because the budget for the youth programs (including bboy practice) has been cut. We will have food and water for sale to help raise money, and we will also have donation jars available.
